Sentinel magnetometer base station
Sentinel is a complete self-contained long-period magnetic monitoring station, which includes a battery pack and a low-power, non directional Overhauser magnetometer sensor, all sealed in a pressure resistant housing. There are also some accessories that are compatible with it, ensuring that it can be placed on any terrain on land, hung on tree branches, or placed at depths of 1000m or even deeper underwater. In other words, it can be placed anywhere on the surface of the Earth.

MarineMagnetics' accompanying BaseLINK software allows users to easily set clocks and sampling rates. The immutable memory ensures that Sentinel can remember the settings and automatically enters low-power sleep mode when not in use.
